Belinda proved invaluable in not only listing our property, but helping work the logistics due to the fact we were remote and not living in the area. She handled all of the issues that could arise from not being located in the area, such as staging the property for sale and eliminating furniture and belongings that were no longer required. She was in constant communication, extremely professional and she negotiated and better contract than was expected. Truly recommend her.
