From beginning to end Nicole was just so nice and helpful! She really went the extra mile. Our lenders were holding up our process but she knew where we should be in each step and prompted everyone to get on track (more times than acceptable). She also reccomended a perfect home for us in a brutal market. Thanks to her we got into a great place and with her advice to keep an open mind we ended up in a better area then we were initially looking. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. I'd like to add to that with the market being so competitive and us being 1st time home buyers Nicole never lost her patience or gave up on us.

Rebecca Wellborn is truly one of the most professional and conscientious people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. First time home buyers in this crazy market. Without Ashley’s skills there no way we would of closed on the house we did. When you walk into a house that’s been on the market 2 hours and already has multiple deals, how do you make your offer stand out? Lucky for us Ashley knew what to do. Without her thoughtful effort and savvy and effort we would of not gotten our house. We are forever thankful for that. Besides that she also took her time with us as first timers.
