Over a period of 50 years, we have sold nine homes....most as a result of corporate relocation. We have struggled through employer-mandated time lines, new locations, different financial support packages, and a variety of market conditions. We recently decided to take advantage of the raging real estate bubble, to preserve and add to out retirement nest egg. And it was imperative we get it right! Vickee Walthall was referred to us by a friend, who herself was a former highly-successful real estate agent. She came prepared with an objective analysis of our home's many pluses and a few concerns. She further laid out a marketing plan for the home, following a model she had successfully used in the recent past. Also provided were several pricing/proceeds scenarios for our consideration. We were immediately impressed with her confidence, expertise, and caring approach. And we shortly entered into a sales agreement with her. Vickee and my wife were like-minded in preparing a house for photographs and display. This was followed by an extended weekend of open houses, while we visited family out of town. And then the emergence of an offer of $40K over asking price! Vickee guided us through appraisals and inspections, getting us through the closing with minimal stress. In addition, she helped us line up excellent reasonably-priced movers....and actually helped with the search for a rental property. This was by far the quickest and smoothest housing transition we have ever experienced. And it was a direct result of the talent and concern for the client evidenced by Vickee Whitehall. We heartedly recommend her to any potential sellers.

Rebecca is a professinal, knowledgeable, experienced realtor who understood what my needs and gaols. She put her knowledge and experience to work for me to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We looked at several places and for each one she prepared packet showing the market history including past sale prices and a spreed sheet that showed what my expenses would be etc. When I had questions through out the process she answered them clearly and thoroughly. In short she made what can be a stressful process go smoothly with out wrinkles. I am very happy with my new to me condo and very grateful for Rebeccas hard work helping to make my needs and goals a reality.

I met Michele 4 1/2 years ago. She helped my son buy his first home. We must have seen two dozen places before my son found the right home. Michele was so patient with us and extremely professional.
