Rebecca is a professinal, knowledgeable, experienced realtor who understood what my needs and gaols. She put her knowledge and experience to work for me to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We looked at several places and for each one she prepared packet showing the market history including past sale prices and a spreed sheet that showed what my expenses would be etc. When I had questions through out the process she answered them clearly and thoroughly. In short she made what can be a stressful process go smoothly with out wrinkles. Excellent service from a very knowledgable professional The property I recently sold in Dunedin, Fla., ... I should say Rebecca sold ... had many problems. Rebecca, however, worked it for six months to a year in odd circumstances. She went above and beyond the basic tasks required to sell the house, and for us to get the best price at the top of the market. I'm ashamed to admit that the house had been neglected for several years. I'd performed the basic maintenance but the building was slowly showing its age as systems such as the air-conditioning, water heater, and major yard work went undone. When we neared the time to sell, Rebecca connected me with an excellent yard and handyman, a service to remove an old car, and to get me with a mover, who packed and moved most of our possessions to North Florida at a reasonable rate. Rebecca herself pitched in to help fill boxes and to get the moving van out of town by a reasonable time. Rebecca is a fount of knowledge about local businesses with a specific expertise. She saved me several times as the deadline time approached. And she did it with grace, humor and good cheer. I was very, very lucky that my Dunedin lawyer Chris Krampert introduced us. John was right on it when we talked about selling the house. His recommendations were right on point. Very hard worker. This was not an easy transaction due to unforeseen circumstances on the buyers end and he was always in contact with me, made his recommendations and knew what to do and when.
