We are VERY thankful for Jessie’s help in purchasing our home. We had a unique situation with the sellers and she navigated us through it with ease and was able to accelerate our closing timeline! Thank you for all your help Jessie!

Renata was incredible at helping us find and purchase our dream home. Throughout the process Renata was friendly, organized, attentive, and efficient. The best part of working with Renata was it appeared she was just as excited about us purchasing the home as we were. I would highly recommend Renata if you are looking for a realtor who can get you what you want for the price you want in the time you want it. We are exceedingly grateful for the services Renata provided.

This is my 2nd purchase with Curtis because he's honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, timely and genuine. Curtis is the Realtor that sincerely cares about the quality of his service and the happiness of his clients. I decided to work with him again for more reasons than can be noted in a review. In short...my home purchases are my greatest financial return on investment, so working with Curtis again was a must because of his knowledge of the market, skills at negotiating and previous experience as a Home Inspector. Curtis see's the underlying issues in properties that the usual Realtor won't see. He has shown me what appears functional at the time of purchase, but will become a long-term problem. This is invaluable because it has saved me headaches and thousands of dollars. He treats every client as if they are his only client...evidenced by returning calls and texts immediately. Also, evidenced by getting me the best deal possible! This is rare in today's times and crazy real-estate market…where the client who is spending the most gets all the Realtors attention. Not with Curtis…he will work with you until you find the perfect home and he will help you with every detail. I honestly cant say enough about him except to say that if you work with another Realtor...you will be selling yourself short and missing an opportunity with the Realtor who goes above and beyond. During my recent purchase...the Seller stopped putting chlorine in the pool. Curtis put the chlorine in and serviced it until we closed. After closing...he removed paint cans the garbage men wouldn't take and he provided me contractor guidance. Then he replaced some faucet part that would have cost me hundreds...and all this was done after the sale was made. No one does what Curtis will do to insure that your biggest investment is solid. If you want to work with a Christian man who is honest and hardworking...then look no further! Thank you, Curtis, for an exceptional experience.

Randy is a very knowledgeable and witty Real Estate agent. His tenacity and fun attitude in searching for a new home for me gave me a great sense comfort. Randy asked me many questions to make sure he knew exactly what type of dwelling I desired. I send HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS for Randy. I found my new place and I LOVE IT! Thank You Mr. Cannon

Tetiana Gapych answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns both in Russian and in English. She took all my calls and always showed up on time, which was very important because I bought the house in question "remotely" while staying in Boston.

We have worked with Ruth on four different transactions of buying or selling houses and have always been very impressed with Ruth’s market knowledge and ability to negotiate the best deal possible. On the most current house we purchased, she was extremely helpful because we were living out of state and she did several virtual walkthroughs of homes we were interested in. In fact, we were so comfortable with her and had so much confidence in her judgement and feedback that we purchased our new home sight unseen. She even went out of her way to help us with things such as finding a top notch inspector, recommending a great home owners insurance provider, and even held on to keys until we moved down. We are now in our new home and we love it! The location and community are exactly what we we’re looking for.If you are tired of working with a realtor that doesn’t value your business and isn’t providing you the service you deserve, you need to talk to Ruth. She will get you that new house you are looking at the best possible price.
