He is absolutely ingenious in the way he uses social media, open house and other forms including drones to market the house. He keeps in touch and answers your questions every step of the way. The results were awesome and the house sold in a day or so above the asking price. This is my 2nd purchase with Curtis because he's honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, timely and genuine. Curtis is the Realtor that sincerely cares about the quality of his service and the happiness of his clients. I decided to work with him again for more reasons than can be noted in a review. In short...my home purchases are my greatest financial return on investment, so working with Curtis again was a must because of his knowledge of the market, skills at negotiating and previous experience as a Home Inspector. Curtis see's the underlying issues in properties that the usual Realtor won't see. He has shown me what appears functional at the time of purchase, but will become a long-term problem. This is invaluable because it has saved me headaches and thousands of dollars. He treats every client as if they are his only client...evidenced by returning calls and texts immediately. Also, evidenced by getting me the best deal possible! This is rare in today's times and crazy real-estate market…where the client who is spending the most gets all the Realtors attention. Not with Curtis…he will work with you until you find the perfect home and he will help you with every detail. I honestly cant say enough about him except to say that if you work with another Realtor...you will be selling yourself short and missing an opportunity with the Realtor who goes above and beyond. During my recent purchase...the Seller stopped putting chlorine in the pool. Curtis put the chlorine in and serviced it until we closed. After closing...he removed paint cans the garbage men wouldn't take and he provided me contractor guidance. Then he replaced some faucet part that would have cost me hundreds...and all this was done after the sale was made. No one does what Curtis will do to insure that your biggest investment is solid.
