After closing...he removed paint cans the garbage men wouldn't take and he provided me contractor guidance. Then he replaced some faucet part that would have cost me hundreds...and all this was done after the sale was made. No one does what Curtis will do to insure that your biggest investment is solid. As soon as Curtis showed me the first house I was impressed he knocked on the walls checks the roof attic electrical looks at the AC and he did this with every house. He is very knowledgeable,curtious and has years of experience. We closed today 10/01/21 and he was even their at our closing he followed up on every step of the process with lender,title company inspectors he was a God sent for us. As the title states, Curtis represented me as my realtor for my very first home purchase. (Disclaimer, he is my father, but I assure you his treatment is the same for all his clients.)
