I remember sitting down with Sherman, and he is going over with me what my home was worth and the things I needed to do in order to get that number. I agreed to to correct some issues and list it. Things did not go as planned, my husband ended up having to move up to North Carolina faster than expected and the only thing I had time to do was pack. Sherman said don't worry we will get this house sold at or above the price you expect. I didn't believer it, but with 24 hours we had an all cash offer well above what I expected and we closed in 10 days. I would recommend using him, he is a straight shooter and will work his butt off to help you accomplish your goal.

Sherman helped my husband purchase this home with the vision of helping my husband grow his real estate portfolio. While on vacation visiting family in London, my husband ended up having a massive stroke and we had to sell all of his properties. I never personally met Sherman face to face but my husband talked about him all the time and I knew I had to call him to handle this process. Not only was he able to help sell all of the properties with a nice profit, but he also made sure to pack up all of my husbands personal belongs and have them shipped over here.
