Anand helped my mom in a sale of her home that she had been in for almost 25 years. He was very pragmatic in setting expectations for pricing, timing, etc. in a rising interest rate and off season sale cycle environment. Nonetheless, we were under contract inside of 2 weeks and closed seamlessly inside of 45 days. Highly recommend Anand for any of your real estate needs. Anand came highly recommended from my brother who had purchased a house earlier this year. My family and I moved here from Boston just one month ago but we started to look for places early in the year. Andy was able to help us in so many different ways and not only to find our dream house. After several connects over the phone we were able to meet in person with Andy and within the first day of showing us the areas in Greater Tampa we were able to locate our dream home. In addition to helping us find the right house and to the closing he helped us and was a great resource for us for the schools for our kids, getting them enrolled, finding contractors to get work done in the house while we were still in boston, finding movers in the area, and many other local resources he made available to us during this transition. I would say that Andy knows how to personally connect with people, understand clients priorities and guide to what is right and best for them. Moving from out of state is not easy and lots of concerns and anxiety is associated with the move but for sure Andy knows how to reduce anxiety and increase confidence when it comes to this kind of transition. I highly would recommend him for any of real estate needs as his expertise is outstanding.

Andy was more than helpful in finding us 2 houses and a condo in Tampa. He was extremely honest, upfront, and able to find us a great properties that fit right in our price range and expectations! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Andy made the most difficult task of finding places that fit us within the price range in this absurd market a great experience!
