Randy walked me through every property, explained pros and cons based on my needs and wants. When I finally made a decision on a property, he was with me every step of the way. He followed up with the building rep and on site construction manager on my behalf! He was with me at every appointment. He explained, in laymen’s terms, every document I received! Deciding to sell your home is always a difficult decision, deciding to sell your home that has been in your family for over 50 years was extremely difficult.
