We are selling our current house with her as well and she always stayed on top of everything and kept in mind the sale of our old house as well. Our purchase was a little more stressful because we had to deal with a bank but Daniella stayed on top of everything and made sure that everything was going smooth. Since we purchased the house from a bank, they did not include a home warranty. Daniella went above and beyond to ensure we will have an amazing home warranty on our house and even got it for us! Overall Daniella is amazing to work with. She is always available and will go above and beyond for you.
