In additional to her real estate knowledge, Daniella has an amazing list of contractors she likes to work with who can really get the job done. For repairs and upgrades to the home, she knew exactly who to call, from the general contractor, to the plumber, carpet cleaner, flooring contractor, landscaper or electrician. She was always good at following up on them to make sure they got the job done right and in a timely manner. Her own knowledge about how to fix minor issues was amazing and her desire to save me money by doing minor fixes herself was greatly appreciated. When I was overwhelmed by the idea of choosing new appliances, she went with me to offer her expertise. I’m confident that her presentation of the home via pictures and video helped lead to the sale. She was always open to feedback from buyers and brokers who visited the home. She was a good negotiator with the buyers agent and I felt confident she had my interests at heart. Daniella Serven did an awesome job during the purchase of our house. We are selling our current house with her as well and she always stayed on top of everything and kept in mind the sale of our old house as well. Daniella is always available and will answer any questions you have. Daniella is very knowledgeable and will let you know about all pros and cons not only of a house but also the neighborhood. Our purchase was a little more stressful because we had to deal with a bank but Daniella stayed on top of everything and made sure that everything was going smooth. Since we purchased the house from a bank, they did not include a home warranty. Daniella went above and beyond to ensure we will have an amazing home warranty on our house and even got it for us! Overall Daniella is amazing to work with. She is always available and will go above and beyond for you. This is the second time we purchase a house with her and will definitely use her again whenever we will buy or sell a house.

She was not happy with Stanley Steemer's carpet job she had them come back and redo them when they refused too when I asked. She also straightened out all the confusion with the HOA.
