Kathy Dipp is the realtor you want when you are making a big investment and are competing against other buyers in a hot market. She is not there to make a sale, she is there to make sure you get what you want for the best value. Kathy was patient every step of the way. She made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and understood that I wasn't in a rush and wanted to make sure I found the perfect fit for me. When there were times I could not make it to a place Kathy would facetime me and take pictures. She is also very critical and notices the details that will lead to the bigger issues with a property. After taking a break from looking and feeling disappointed that I couldn't find anything, Kathy encouraged me to keep looking. Little did I know she was correct and my place was about to be listed! On a Monday morning, I emailed Kathy about a property that had just come on the market that I was interested in. It was perfect, filled with light, and even had the patio I had been searching for! Kathy immediately followed up and informed me that there were two other offers already on the property, but she talked the relator into allowing us to see the place that day. As soon as I stepped into the condo I knew it was the one for me! It felt perfect and had the majority of my wishlist items. Kathy had gotten information about what was important to the seller and informed me on what I would need to include for my offer to be accepted. Within 2 hrs of seeing the place, my offer was accepted! Kathy's charm, networking, and the ability to understand her client's needs and wants makes her the perfect realtor. She made it possible for me to beat out multiple offers, stay within my budget, and find my perfect condo. I can't recommend Kathy highly enough to anyone that is looking to buy in the VA or DC area. Daniella did an awesome job selling our house. We had some repair issues and Daniella handled it all great. She made sure we are educated and know what we can expect. She helped stage the house and made sure it was perfect for visitors. In addition, she did a great job negotiating with the buyers and overall was a huge help. Daniella is extremely responsive and you can get a hold of her at all times. We bought and sold this house with her and actually also bought our new house with her and she always did an amazing job! I could never have sold my moms house without Daniella. She helped me so much with preparing the house for sale. Helping me clean up the areas that still needed it to improve the value of the house. She was not happy with Stanley Steemer's carpet job she had them come back and redo them when they refused too when I asked. She also straightened out all the confusion with the HOA. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Daniella kept me up to date, and was extremely informative in every aspect of the sale. I have and woud refer anyone selling their home to call Daniella.
