In additional to her real estate knowledge, Daniella has an amazing list of contractors she likes to work with who can really get the job done. For repairs and upgrades to the home, she knew exactly who to call, from the general contractor, to the plumber, carpet cleaner, flooring contractor, landscaper or electrician. She was always good at following up on them to make sure they got the job done right and in a timely manner. Her own knowledge about how to fix minor issues was amazing and her desire to save me money by doing minor fixes herself was greatly appreciated. When I was overwhelmed by the idea of choosing new appliances, she went with me to offer her expertise. I’m confident that her presentation of the home via pictures and video helped lead to the sale. She was always open to feedback from buyers and brokers who visited the home. She was a good negotiator with the buyers agent and I felt confident she had my interests at heart. Barbie first sold us our house in 2015. Because of military orders, we were forced to move to California 4 months later and had to rent the house out.
