If you are reading this BEFORE you sign a contract with Ganz, consider this your lucky day. Do not hire him. He will NOT work for you. He will have ZERO loyalty to you and he will only operate in his best interest or that of the seller. He will fail to advise you. You will regret it -- especially if you are an average home buyer or a veteran or a senior. He will have no respect for you. I hate leaving bad reviews. I considered this for more than a month after my home purchase. But it was my duty to disclose my experience to others. You have hopefully been forewarned.

Daniella is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. She provided tips and educational resources to save me money with the builder. Her guidance also revesulted in an issue about the house to be revealed that was not to code. The builder fixed immediately prior to my settlement. I highly recommend her.

I feel a strong rapport with Daniella, and hope that we're able to stay in contact with each other as friends long after the sale. Everyone at Century 21 Redwood was also supportive and helpful. Tammie Mason came to our rescue when Daniella became ill, and quickly reassured us that she would serve as a backup in the event that Daniella could not. They also helped us identify contractors that could stretch and wash the carpets, and keep the lawn mowed since we were no longer there, and work with our moving company to repair moving damages done to the house.

Daniella Serven..., from the beginning of my signed contract agreeing to sale my home all the way until the finial day of closing, she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding home sales in my area and pricing it right. Hello, First time homebuyer here! There is so much good to say, but I will try to keep it brief (and fail). Wayne Mattson was assigned to me through the RealtyPlus program after I'd parted ways with my first realtor. Wayne came in swiftly and reassured me that he had my back, and from day 1 he proved it. Not only is Wayne extremely knowledgeable of the real estate world, he has a passion to see his clients happy. Wayne went above and beyond to ensure I knew and understood each process every step of the way. Wayne is not your average realtor, he possesses an emotional intelligence that is necessary when working with clients during one of the most stressful decisions of their lives. He made sure I got a better than fair deal, and stood up for me when the seller/selling agent wanted to cut corners. I can go on and on but I will say one more thing. Wayne's personal touch in how he handles business was something I did not expect. I also did not expect for him to make me happy cry. After closing, Wayne gifted me with a very nice houseplant (and others but the plant is why I cried). Throughout the process Wayne listened intently as I kept going on about how I wanted to plant and garden in that yard. As a first time home buyer I was unaware of how difficult it was to find a realtor who was there for clients as I thought a realtor should be. I worked with a few realtors until I was lucky enough to find Wayne. I would recommend Wayne to anyone purchasing or selling a home, he is a professional and goes out his way to ensure you as a client is taken care of. Wayne is very knowledgeable about the area and provided details about every community we visited, I must say this helped me a lot as I was not familiar with the areas at all. I was able to count on Wayne at any time of the day, he was very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. One of the things that I must point out that I personally liked was how fast Wayne got to know me and what I was truly looking for in a home, this made me feel a sense of comfort knowing he understood me and my desires. I would highly recommend Jenny for any real estate transaction. We were doing a long distance cash purchase and there was a lot communication due to being out of state. We had the added complexity of working through different time zones and Jenny just did a perfect job. Even though I have had a lot of real estate transactions and my husband is in the business, I needed her support and expertise. She dealt with a sale "by owner" and it was a lot of work supporting the sellers as well. I had just the right amount of contact to get this done quickly. We settled within such a short time, it was truly remarkable. She is very good at negotiating and I think she does it I a very sensitive way so that all the parties involved feel respected.

Lisa was an amazingly patient and knowledgeable agent. My wife and I found her very easy to work with as she did not put any pressure on us to go one way or another. She answered all our questions honestly and presented our options in a simple, understandable way which led to us buying a home with which we are extremely happy.
