There was never a doubt of having made the appropriate and right choice of having Daniella Serven to serve as our agent to assist us with the sale of our property. It was her impressive profile listed in her Realtor's Office web link that led us to consult with her. It wasn't long after we hired Daniella, she proved selecting her was the right choice. She expertly worked a plan on how to sell our property to include explaining and working the value of the property and marketing. She went above and beyond, just checking in daily and updating us. She stays on top of the entire process that goes with selling a property and kept us informed, such as ongoing repairs, interacting with other Realtors, working closely with the buyers' agents, contractors, any and all parties associated with the maintenance and selling of the house. Her outstanding attributes is consistently being readily available for her clients 24/7, no matter the time. Outstanding and superb Agent! Daniella Serven's experience with sales is first rate and top quality. Daniella performance was excellent and brilliant while working with us with the sale of our property. She's a team player. We move to the area and purchased our house on Limestone Ct. Hi he experience with Jaime and century 21 was fantastic and we loved the home while we were there. The company moved me back to Dallas area a little over a year later and I knew Jaime was the realtor to sell our house! She was outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the area. She is the best!

Kevin is a consummate professional. He has detailed knowledge of the market and a plan to sell your home quickly. Between the advice given to get the house sale ready and the actual sale; the transaction could not have been easier as the seller. Kevin makes sure that you are informed throughout the process and is always available to answer any questions. Given the saturated pool of Real Estate agents in this area, I don't know why any seller or purchaser would look past having Kevin as their agent. This is the second time we have used Kevin to sell
This is the second time we have used Kevin to sell. We had five offers over the weekend and the house was on contract by Tuesday for $20K over asking price. Kevin did a great job in his dealings with the buyer’s agent and kept us informed throughout the process.

Kevin was available 24-7 it seemed...Amazing response time to our questions. He negotiated things flawlessly and ensured we got the best possible outcome with our purchase. Kevin was so organized and thought about things that we wouldn't haven't considered or thought of. He also explained terms of the deal in a way I could understand them.
