From start to finish, Dana made the sale of my home go smoothly. Her knowledge of the Ashburn market and connections throughout the area were priceless. She was able to answer my questions and communicate throughout the process without fail. Even with me being out of state, Dana did a fantastic job coordinating and getting my house sold within no time!!! Kathy Colville took the time to sit down with me and hear the rather involved back story as to why I needed to sell. She thoroughly explained what would likely happen under different scenarios and helped me understand how the system works. When I made up my mind on what I wanted to do, she acted quickly to make it happen, explaining each step we needed to take and making sure it was done properly. When I received some confusing information from my mortgage company she quickly contacted them to find out what they needed and why. She found that the company did not coordinate well internally and some of the communications I was getting from them were not appropriate to my case and I could ignore them. She continued to keep in close communication with me to advise me what was going on with the sale and to find out if I needed any assistance from her office in getting the house ready, in moving things out and in checking with the buyer's representative to see if he wanted any furniture items I was still needing to be rid of. This led to my being able to leave several pieces of furniture and storage cabinets for the new owner, who was grateful to get them. Kathy went with me to the closing signing and made sure all went as it should. And finally, she informed me that following the buyer's closing signing, I would be getting a relocation assistance check in the amount of $1500 which I was not expecting. Her office followed up on this and I did receive the check and it has helped me very much.

I met Judy during a really hard time in my life. My ex husband was financially secluding me and making threats to have me kicked out of the house, it was a tumultuous situation. Judy was recommended to me by a friend, I met her and she was very empathic about my situation, I knew I could trust her during this time and sensitive subject. My ex husband usually never agreed with my decisions, but when I asked him to meet Judy he too felt like she was the right fit to sell our house and mediate between the two of us during this time. Without having to be asked to do so, Judy kept my ex husband and I separate in all conversations and while discussing information. She was loyal to both of us and wanted our best interest, which was to SELL THE HOUSE FAST. Judy even made sure that we were signing the papers for closing on separate days and that we were to not cross paths again. Through this experience, I was able to sell a house peacefully with an ex-husband, and gained a friendship with Judy. Highly recommended for couples trying to sell a house while going through a divorce.

Daniella is an amazing realtor! I don't imagine that one could be better. She is very knowledgeable, energetic, and most of all caring. She makes sure her clients get the home they dream of all while ensuring they are not overpaying. Her attention to detail was excellent. She also goes the extra mile to make sure after you are in the home, things go well. My wife and I are so happy we decided to go with Daniella, I cannot overstate how awesome she is.
