"He will work and fight for you.  That is the phrase about Wayne, that came out of my mouth many times throughout this whole process of selling and buying. I had previously worked with Wayne about 15 years ago so I knew of his professionalism, work ethics, and integrity, so when I found out he was a realtor, there was no doubt in my mind that we would be giving him a call and I am so glad we did. At first I emailed him just to chat and see if it was "possible" for us to sell and buy a new home.  He is so knowledgeable and experienced that although it was hard work, he made it possible to get from beginning to end.  Being honest, with this crazy market it was stressful at times, seeing tons of homes and not being able to put an offer on many of them, or, putting an offer and getting rejected many times, made me want to give up a few times. But Wayne's amazing can-do attitude was so refreshing and a motivation for us. I seriously don't know how he juggles all of his titles (realtor, husband, dad, community leader, etc,. etc.) and still manage to keep that amazing calmness and attitude. He helped us from start to finish, we upgraded our house, listed, sold, attempted a purchase of a house that at the very last minute didn't work out (all for the best), started searching again, put in a contract on a new home and purchased. I have been referring Wayne to everyone. Thank you Wayne for everything."

I can’t speak highly enough of Valerie and Chris! They are absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped my wife and I find our dream home during this crazy home buying time. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. They really care about their clients as well as the community and neighborhood you live in. Valerie showed professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work. It was very much appreciated. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and very knowledgeable of the market. Val is amazing. I’m a first time home buyer who was doing this all alone, and I’m so grateful I had Val to guide me and answer all my questions. She had so much knowledge about the process, was very persistent with getting any responses we needed from anyone, and has great communication. As a teacher I also loved her hometown hero program!!
