I could not be more pleased with the results of her work. She was able to get us an amazing offer on the house my ex-wife and I sold, and she busted her ass for several weeks to help me find a new home. She lined up the home inspection, got my well and septic inspected, made sure the repair work was taken care of, and had people lined up to make sure my financing was squared away. Throughout the entire process she had to answer multiple phone calls from me, because I had no idea what I was doing, and she dumbed everything down Gumby-style for me. Her knowledge of the current market was outstanding, and her communication, from start to finish, was amazing.

I could write a novel on how much we appreciate everything that Daniella did for us. She walked us through every step of the process and explained any questions that we might have. She was in constant communication with us and was very easy to talk to; she even called the week after we moved to ensure that we made it to our final location. I could not be happier with how she handled the sale of our house and while it was stressful at first in the end everything came out for the best.
