"I met Daniella many years ago when our young sons played baseball together. When the season was over, I continued to think of her. Although we had no contact after that. Her personality was so amazing, I knew in my heart when I was ready to sell, I would contact her. Unfortunately, I initially used a friend of my daughters, well, because of my daughter. She was a high performer in the Northern Virginia Market. I do not know why, but in 6 months I had no offers. I cancelled the selling contract with her out of dissatisfaction. I had no guidance or assistance. I was very frustrated and depressed. The first call I made after that was to Daniella. Feeling very vulnerable, she came to my home and we sat down to talk. Daniella came very prepared. She assisted me with the listing, details, description, price, events, what to expect and assured me she would take care of everything. There was no explanation as to why my house did not sell before. My house had a ratified contract in less than a week. It was for ABOVE listing price. We were scheduled for closing in 30 days. It was not easy sailing, and to be quite honest, sometimes downright ridiculous and frustrating. Daniella calmed me with her kindness and reassurance. I trusted her that everything would be okay. Had to get my mother-in-law’s house on the market, she was moving in with us because of health issues. When I first approached Daniella she was not pushy (my experience has always been pushy sales agents) it was a very delicate situation because of my mother-in-law’s health issues and her having to give up her independence to move in with us.
