My wife and I chose Barry to represent us because he has a great reputation and we're so glad we did! His friendliness, knowledge of the area, sharp eye for detail, and ability to understand what we were looking for were all very helpful in the searching process. He was also great at bringing up factors we hadn't even considered. All that made it much easier to find our new home. Then when it came time to write our bid he knew exactly what clauses would be important to add for flexibility and comfort. At one point the sellers were a little difficult but Barry's forethought kept us in the driver's seat. Barry was also very responsive in checking details we were concerned about. We were living 400 miles away at the time he was always happy to be our eyes and ears there. When it came to negotiating and closing the deal he always knew which button to push and when to push it. I would recommend Barry Brown to anyone looking for a real estate expert in the area he serves.

I highly recommend Nicki Anderson as a real estate professional. She worked with my wife and I for nearly two years before we found the house we were looking for within our budget. Throughout the entire process Barry was more than accommodating to market the home with our needs and goals very much in focus. Assisted by his wife and partner, Sharrie they worked together as a team and their efforts were more than obvious to us and very much appreciated. We did have some bumps in the road with some unexpected yet necessary repairs that needed to be done in order to complete the sale.
