Throughout the entire process Barry was more than accommodating to market the home with our needs and goals very much in focus. His suggestions, insight and in depth local knowledge of the market was a very welcome advantage to us during the process. Assisted by his wife and partner, Sharrie they worked together as a team and their efforts were more than obvious to us and very much appreciated. We did have some bumps in the road with some unexpected yet necessary repairs that needed to be done in order to complete the sale. Barry not only stayed the course and worked the problem but had a plan of action, contractors on board and ready to begin and most of all complete within the time frame of the close of escrow. Aside from the physical portion of the project, Barry is a master at explaining the details of "where we are now" and our options to proceed. We never felt pushed or pressured to make any decision while his input was more than valuable. We interviewed three different agents, but Barry stood out because of his knowledge, especially of on-line marketing, which is so important now. After signing him as our representative, we were gratified to find out that he is as energetic and positive as he was in the interview. When I first met Barry he had done a proposal of the area, which was done very nicely. He took the time out to explain the process, always had time for any questions or concerns, day or night.
