Barry did not know this when we worked with him, but I really did my homework before my wife and I started the realtor search. I studied several books on home buying. Many talked about what to look for in a realtor and some things to watch out for. I played a little dumb when I met with realtors to see if they would try to take advantage of us. I was surprised at how many did before we started working with Barry. Barry is amazing. Completely honest, no games, trustworthy, and loyal. All of my hidden test to see if he was truly a good realtor, Barry passed. He then exceeded my expectations of what I was looking for in a realtor. I have personally used Nicki Anderson as my Realtor to sell my house. She a motivated, energetic, knowledgeable and professional agent. She held many open houses and many offers came in. When my house fell out of escrow, she found another buyer within weeks. The house sold and closed in 3 months. Nicki also is great at working with clients to find them their ideal property and figures out ways to make it happen. She is very smart, friendly and down to earth. I have no reservations about working with Nicki again if I have Real Estate Needs.

Nicki helped be get into my first house. It was great having her there to help walk me though the entire process, start to finish. And on top of that the house I bought was a short sell, and it took almost 6 MONTHS for everything to happen. That required a lot of commitment from both of us.

Next time I buy or sell a house, Nicki will be my agent!!!
