He expertly helped us through deciding which offer was best, and then he was fully involved in all of the rest of the important phases of the transaction. What can I tell you about Barry Brown. Words can not describe how lucky we were to work with Barry. I would highly recommend him to everyone. When I first met Barry he had done a proposal of the area, which was done very nicely. He took the time out to explain the process, always had time for any questions or concerns, day or night. He gives 110%. He is all about integrity and excellance. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, he is such a kind soul. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. Barry did not know this when we worked with him, but I really did my homework before my wife and I started the realtor search. I studied several books on home buying. Many talked about what to look for in a realtor and some things to watch out for. I played a little dumb when I met with realtors to see if they would try to take advantage of us. I was surprised at how many did before we started working with Barry. Barry is amazing. Completely honest, no games, trustworthy, and loyal. All of my hidden test to see if he was truly a good realtor, Barry passed. He then exceeded my expectations of what I was looking for in a realtor.
