We have sold 8 homes and Molly and Stacy were the best real estate team we have ever worked with. They focus on addressing your needs and concerns and do an excellent job with communications during the entire process. They were extremely helpful in negotiating a favorable rent back agreement that allowed us to stay in our home until our new home was finished. They are helpful on every detail of the process and made it very easy for us. They are also very connected with potential buyers from all over the West Coast. Even after the sale they are helpful with providing moving boxes and having Daniel, Molly's husband, providing a trailer and assistance in moving items to our new home.
