We've known Barry for about 6 years. He was our buying agent when we first moved to the central coast. Barry makes the the entire real estate process a breeze and you never feel lost along the way. So when we decided we wanted to look at houses in the area for a floor plan that would better meet the needs of our family there was no hesitation to call Barry. He made time for zoom calls late in the evening when my kids were in bed. He is extremely responsive to texts, calls and emails. I never went more than an hour with a question. Mr Barry Brown was just the right agent for us in selling our house. We have not done a sale of a house in nearly 30 years. And we are not very computer savvy. Mr Brown was extremely helpful and beneficial to us in negotiating all aspects of the transaction. Mr Brown was very tech savvy and demonstrated that to us on numerous occasions. His marketing was outstanding with the use of drone video, materport pictures ,online presentation and use of multiple MLS advertising .
