Our home search was rather difficult as we lived 200 Miles away and had a pretty tight list of what we were looking for. In today's market you have to move fast as properties are being snapped at a record pace. Barry would send us prospects, we would look and see if we were interested, and if so he would arrange for a tour or on many occasions did a video tour for us. When it came to making an offer, he is very thorough and walked us through every step. During the counteroffer process his guidance due to his years of experience helped us secure the property that we wanted without going crazy upping the offer.
