He was professionally dressed and had prepared multiple bound booklets full of useful information about the selling process, the current and projected state of the market, details about our home with comps, and much more. He took the extra time I needed to answer all of my numerous neurotic questions and assured me that he would be available to answer any more questions that would come up. Barry provided the service that I needed to get through the selling process by taking my calls and answering my questions day and night. He also personally provided above and beyond services which included providing staging materials, photographing, created a 3d walk through, created a detailed floor plan, created drone shots, created drone videos, and created a dedicated website. Barry also proved to be an invaluable asset for recommendations on whom to trust and work with for everything from the moving company to use and the home inspector to work with. Looking back on it, Barry took the work out of selling our home. He made what could have been a tedious and very stressful event and made it easy and stress free.
