Bob Killmer has been a Broker since September 2005. He has helped many buyers and sellers achieve their goals in a timely and professional manner. Coming to the Real Estate Business with a BS degree in Marketing from West Texas A&M, he has a very strong business background in Manufacturing with Owens Corning Fiberglas. Within Owens Corning, Bob spent 25 years in production, production planning, materials distribution, customer service, supervision, purchasing, quality control & sales. His focus with Owens Corning was in both the fiberglas reinforcement and exterior materials divisions. Bob has been on multiple Board of Directors ranging from his Home Owner's Association, Church, Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank & other non-profit organizations. He provides leadership with Mibor in the HamCo division (Hamilton County) He has earned the MRP designation (Military Relocation Professional) and the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative) BOB'S GOALS are simply defined by his CLIENTS GOALS and helping them achieve their goals.

Chris and Shari are proudly serving the real estate needs of residents in Carmel and the greater Indianapolis area. As a "Selling" Broker, Chris manages the Carpenter Realtors Carmel Office and represent clients as they buy and sell their homes. As Realtors, he and Shari work to market their services to greater Indianapolis and Carmel homeowners. As manager, Chris is responsible for recruiting new agents, training and developing their business plans and marketing programs. He oversees every transaction and contract that flows through the office.
