In 2012 - 2013 my husband and I used Jacque Campbell to buy and later sell a property when we had to move abroad for work. This was the 2nd time we asked Cindy to handle a real estate sale and again she hit it out of the park. We got EXACTLY the selling amount we wanted. Wow! It was a 4600 sq ft home so there were zillions of details and snafus but Cindy helped us sail through everything and got us a great, great buyer and boom! escrow was over and we got the check. We had been renting the house out and lived 100 miles away, but with Cindy the distance unimportant and she knew how to handle anything that came up. So experienced! We highly recommend her to anyone selling $2M+ home who wants an experienced, trustworthy, and lots-of-fun realtor to pilot such a complex sale through turbulent real estate sale waters -- why, you should have seen her with her cutlass defending us from the ruthless escrow pirates -- AAaaarrr! (just kidding! She recommend fantastic escrow folks and all went smoothly -- actually, the escrow closed ahead of time)
