His availability and flexibility to show us houses was stellar, so while it seems like we made our decision to buy rather quickly, it was in part due to Marques being available to answer questions and show us so many houses in such a short time. In addition to scheduling houses we found, he quickly intuited what we might like, so he strategically planned good house-hunting days, again including some to make sure our perspective was as well-rounded as possible. At no time did I feel rushed or uncomfortable about looking for and taking my time to consider options. All along the way, he talked openly and candidly about the houses we saw; his transparency in discussion was an asset. The very nature of the relationship is Marques making money from my wife and I buying a home, but I am honestly surprised I never felt that was a part of the equation. His approach with clients has also obviously fostered his relationships with others in the real estate industry.
