Linda is an amazing realtor, she went above and beyond to get us the house of our dreams. I would recommend her to anyone. Very responsive to email, text and phone calls. Assisted us through the process and helped us in a way that meant there were no nasty surprises through to closing on our house and beyond. She genuinely cares about finding her clients their dream house. Importantly she didn’t pressure us at any step of the way, listened to what we wanted and supported us throughout.

From my experience Audrey and the team were professional. The documents were easy to sign using DocuSign. I will be using Audrey and the rest of the team again in the future. In my opinion is this is the best service.

Neither my wife nor I had ever sold a house and had lived in this one for almost 35 years. We had no clue to what was involved. John Smith went over our options carefully and objectively---including options like renting it for income that would make John no money. Very impressive. The house and yard needed serious upgrades to be salable. John found people to do the work and negotiated and supervised them. The result was a beautiful property that sold in a week for $47000 more than our asking price. We would recommend John Smith in the very highest terms! Mark and Michele McConville

Linda is an amazing agent and a wonderful person. I was selling a house that belonged to my uncle and that was in probate following his death. I live about an hour away, so getting out to the house to manage things is time-consuming for me. Linda helped in every possible way, arranging for all the things that we needed to take care of to get the house on the market and sold. She managed all kinds of small repairs, and she helped to clear the house out, even overseeing selling and donating the items that we didn't want to keep (which was most of them). She was always available and kept me up to date on everything. She offered excellent advice on how to proceed at every stage and on how to price the property, and she found great people to provide various touch-ups and staging. As a result, we accepted an offer less than a week after listing the house and closed in less than a month. Linda is incredibly reliable and trustworthy, and I felt safe knowing I had someone like her taking care of the house and helping me sell it. She went so far above and beyond what most agents do, and she more than earned her commission with the amount of work she put in. I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not have managed this without an agent like Linda. If I could give her a thousand-star rating, I would! You will be in excellent hands if you work with her.

Throughout the past weeks, Angela has been there to answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic were the best. She made easy the process of buying my first home. I now consider Angela a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home.

Monika is the best! Reached out to her to represent us on a random Saturday afternoon and got response back immediately. Couldn’t make Sunday open house so Monika scheduled a private viewing for Tuesday night. Wednesday noon the offer was due/submitted. Wednesday night got word that our offer was accepted! Monika held our hands all the way through and even babysat while we did the signings so we weren’t distracted and 1st time walkthrough the house after getting the keys. I would highly recommend Monika if you are looking for a realtor.

Linda is a definite professional who is a expert at her craft of being a real estate agent. Every interaction with Linda during all facets of the selling process of our home was seamless. Her professionalism resonated during the entire process no matter how big or small the detail was. Her transparency made decisions my wife and I had to make extremely easy without any reservations. Linda is a definite asset to her company and industry. She will make a lot of future sellers and buyers of home completely satisfied with the process.

Monika delved far beyond the general understanding of local market conditions to clarify the specific circumstances that affected the strategy for selling this property. With that detailed understanding she identified and sought buyers with the unique interests and resources to be viable buyers. Having secured an offer, she sheparded the process though a number of obstacles to a successful conclusion and closing. At all times Monika was professional, insightful and creative while maintaining a positive negotiating environment.
