Angela was amazing. This was our first home buying experience and from start to finish made us feel so comfortable and we knew she had our best interest at hand. We did a few open houses on our own so we could better communicate our true wants and needs. However, when Angela took us out I fell in love with the first house we saw. We put an offer in within a couple of days and it was accepted. Angela was on top of ensuring the communication with the seller's agent was on board with everything, and made sure we were covered in the whole process. She truly made our first home buying experience so incredibly wonderful. We cannot thank her enough for all the work she did for us and the patience she had as we were navigating home buying for the first time. THANK YOU ANGELA!!!

We were first time home buyers and Selma walked us through every step of the process diligently. She was always available on call or text to answer our questions and made sure we were clear and comfortable with what we got into. We highly recommend her as an agent.

Angela Corona was such a joy to work with. She was very compassionate and patient with me. She walked me through all the paperwork via email. I know a few times I was redundant about my questions but we forged on and closed the sale all with an ocean between us. sincerely Laverne Rodriguez

Angela, was great, very patient with us. You can tell she loves what she does because she won't stop until she finds your home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. Even after the sale or business is done she still remembers about her clients and sends a small little gift on your 1 house anniversary. Who does that? Angela, does!

We had 2 transactions with Selma: buying (in 2011) and selling (in 2019) the same townhouse. For both transactions, Selma advised us on the pricing, market condition and climate of the time, and what to expect from the transaction. I really felt that she had our backs and protected us. Among other resources, when we had to sell, she helped us find a very competent handyman. I appreciate that Selma is responsive, receptive and responsible. She is very on top of her game and explains very well the intricacies of all those decisions that have to be made during a transaction which helped us make the right decision for us. All of this reduced the stress levels! We highly recommend Selma.

Buying real estate in competitive bay area market is very stressful process but Malia is very honest and open she helped us in each step of buying process. She manages to do what's best for both seller and buyer (buyer in our case). She not only give expert advise to write an winning offer without raising much price. In our transactions there was some gap in our lease expire and move-in date because seller has a hard date to move, she provide us storage and AirBnb so that our family can move without much hassle. I found her to be very approachable and flexible and I recommend her wholeheartedly!.

We couldn't be happier to recommend Affi as a buyer's agent. She was so patient, attentive and knowledgeable when it came to working with us to buy our first house. As well as being an absolute pleasure to visit properties with, she also tirelessly negotiated the price down of not just the house, but also various warranties and services even after closing. Through working with Affi's numerous and efficient contacts we managed to close extremely quickly to secure our dream house and we are in completely in love with our new home. Thanks Affi!

Affi Karimi has assisted me with a home purchase and a home sale. She is an amazing realtor! She explains all steps of the processes thoroughly, and is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. Affi’s attention to detail is remarkable. She works tirelessly, be it 7:00 in the morning or 11:00 at night, to make sure her clients have all of the information and data they need to make informed and intelligent decisions. I would recommend Affi to any prospective buyer or seller. As a repeat customer, it has been a pleasure working with her.
