Angela was amazing. This was our first home buying experience and from start to finish made us feel so comfortable and we knew she had our best interest at hand. We did a few open houses on our own so we could better communicate our true wants and needs. However, when Angela took us out I fell in love with the first house we saw. We put an offer in within a couple of days and it was accepted. Angela was on top of ensuring the communication with the seller's agent was on board with everything, and made sure we were covered in the whole process. We had 2 transactions with Selma: buying (in 2011) and selling (in 2019) the same townhouse. For both transactions, Selma advised us on the pricing, market condition and climate of the time, and what to expect from the transaction. I really felt that she had our backs and protected us. Among other resources, when we had to sell, she helped us find a very competent handyman. I appreciate that Selma is responsive, receptive and responsible. She is very on top of her game and explains very well the intricacies of all those decisions that have to be made during a transaction which helped us make the right decision for us. In our transactions there was some gap in our lease expire and move-in date because seller has a hard date to move, she provide us storage and AirBnb so that our family can move without much hassle.
