Monika is the best! Reached out to her to represent us on a random Saturday afternoon and got response back immediately. Couldn’t make Sunday open house so Monika scheduled a private viewing for Tuesday night. Wednesday noon the offer was due/submitted. Wednesday night got word that our offer was accepted!
