Meraj provided absolutely exceptional service. He was not only prompt but accommodated our very restricted schedule (just had 2 days to look for a home) and successfully found us a beautiful home. He had amazing knowledge about the neighborhoods and knew every little detail (like upgrades, faulty structures, etc) about each house that we looked at. We interviewed a few realtors and Meraj was beyond professional. Meraj obviously knew the market and came in spot on with what price we should sell at and had a very professional presentation. He had a plan to sell our home quickly, and offered suggestions and staging! The house looked beautiful after successfully completing his plan.
