Kathy was always very professional and very knowledgeable in helping us navigate the real estate market after our father passed away suddenly. We weren't sure where to begin, but she guided us through the process seamlessly. With being from out of state (Michigan) we had lots of questions on what the rules and regulations were out in California and Kathy made that part very easy for us. Kathy helped us get the house ready for Open Houses, what to do and not to do. She has a very good eye in decorating and where to place things. Always answered our questions promptly whether by a phone call, email, stopping by or a text. Super helpful in every way. If she didn't know the answer she would make the call and we would have an answer within hours. She also helped us with finding places to do donations, get rid of chemicals, how to plan/do an estate sale, etc.... And with not being familiar with the area that was super helpful!! She was definitely our guiding light in so many ways. Would highly recommend her to anyone in the area, very smart and efficient.
