Kathy was always very professional and very knowledgeable in helping us navigate the real estate market after our father passed away suddenly. We weren't sure where to begin, but she guided us through the process seamlessly. With being from out of state (Michigan) we had lots of questions on what the rules and regulations were out in California and Kathy made that part very easy for us. Kathy helped us get the house ready for Open Houses, what to do and not to do. She has a very good eye in decorating and where to place things. Always answered our questions promptly whether by a phone call, email, stopping by or a text. Super helpful in every way. If she didn't know the answer she would make the call and we would have an answer within hours. She also helped us with finding places to do donations, get rid of chemicals, how to plan/do an estate sale, etc.... And with not being familiar with the area that was super helpful!! She was definitely our guiding light in so many ways. Would highly recommend her to anyone in the area, very smart and efficient. My wife and I worked with Jacque & Jowelle to not only sell our home but also buy our new home. I have to admit, one of the most stressful transactions you'll ever make. SO. MUCH. MONEY. Having Jacque and Jowelle in our corner made the entire process so much smoother though. Not only were they great to work with, they're just genuinely great people, and they were SO understanding and helpful with our small human as well. At the time he was only 3 years old so he was a handful and a half and Jowelle would often entertain him while we toured the home. Such a great experience. I honestly can't say enough good things about the Campbell Team. To make a long story short, we would STRONGLY recommend Jacque and Jowelle to all of our friends, family, and anyone else who is looking to buy a home. Trust me, not all realtors are the same and they make a difference. The home buying process is hard enough, why not at least go through the process with people you will genuinely enjoy?

Selma helped us find a beautiful condo in Alameda for my mom. She had to work with my mom and my sister to look for a place, plus she had to deal with me and my husband long distance (in another state) as we were the once actually buying the condo. We were at a disadvantage because it was a seller's market, and Selma helped us figure out how much we needed to offer in order to get the place. Everything went smoothly and my mom and sister are very happy in their new home.

Selma Michael was our real estate agent in San Francisco assigned to help with our relocation to San Francisco from Seattle. Most of our house hunting was done remotely and thanks to Selma's help were were able to look at a dozen prospective homes and make an offer on the one we liked over a weekend visit to San Francisco. Selma was very knowledgeable and thanks to her guidance we found a good deal on a home we liked and our offer was accepted pretty close to the selling price which in itself is relatively rare for San Francisco. After closing, Selma went above and beyond her role as our realtor to help coordinate with the contractors and facilitate some remodeling work we wanted done prior to moving to San Francisco. I cannot praise Selma enough for her service, thoroughness and expertise as a realtor. This whole process was painless and fun thanks to Selma Michael.

Jennifer is AMAZING! She truly went above and beyond to help us with our sale and purchase in Dublin. She was super organized, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice (without being too pushy). She helped us to prepare our house for sale and to price it right and we were so thrilled when we got multiple above asking offers! She is super professional, kind, and honest in all of her interactions with us and other parties. We will never use another realtor again. Jennifer truly is the best!
