We had already known Jacqualeene from the neighborhood and the recent sales on our street. She provided a full presentation on her process, including her research on comparable properties and trends. She handled all the little details on getting the property ready to show and staged the house to attract prospective buyers. Even after the sale, she coordinated maintenance of the pool and transitioned that maintenance to the buyer. Also, she explained the benefit of our solar panel system and facilitated the transfer of contract with Tesla for the solar system.
