Chassy has a great attitude and years of market experience in the area which made pricing the home easy and getting a great offer super quickly! She helped to do a final cleaning and setup of the house and coordinated the clearing of the two feet of snow dumped on us right before the pictures were taken when I couldn't be at the home. Although the home ended up selling for less than the listing price, it was through no fault of hers and she was a great reassurance throughout the whole process who's lines of thinking very much matched my own.
