i would like to post something as where i lived before the woman upstairs, who was on the HOA board, warned me against what she called "part-time realtors"; especially because of all my health issues.  (she'd been talking to a full-time realtor; sigh)   This got me upset as a few years earlier Tamra Garman helped me get the very condo i was living in and wanting to sell.  i keep the woman upstairs updated as she had to tell the board when i was officially selling my place.   But when she saw all the time spent and work done on my behalf, she changed her mind.  i give Tamra 7 stars as she helped me understand what I needed to do to get the condo ready to sell. Because of my health issues she was willing to spend a lot of time helping me understand the process, then take time and get things done. She was very patient and explained things so i could make balanced decisions.  She helped me by recommending a good moving company, finding good repairmen, cleaners, people who did a good job putting in new flooring and even helping me understand how to choose flooring. (She even taught me more of what i needed to know as I was still new at owning a home.) She was able to put up a fair price for the condo that was good for both the person who bought the condo and gave me some extra money to put in savings in case I had to do a lot of repairs on my new home. Once the weather warmed up we easily sold the condo. (I am not sure it is good to try to sell a place when it is 40 below with wind chill factor lol.) i highly recommend working with her. She is patient, willing to explain things, help you find professionals to take care of problems you may have, able to work with others, help you sell your home and get a good price while being fair to the buyer.
