She listened and asked questions then used her knowledge of the market to effectively find prospective properties. She intelligently discussed various properties we saw. When I found the property, she negotiated effectively, guided me through the contract and mortgage process, and recommended contractors for some updating work, in particular she recommended a person to help with new flooring. She went along to introduce me to the flooring contractor, helped select the flooring, and, in the end, after installing flooring that I’m very pleased with, I had the property that fit my needs perfectly. Everytime I felt unsure abt a house Ron reassured me that there’s plenty more out there and helped both me and my dad schedule a bunch of viewings until we found the right home for us. Ron went out of his way multiple times for us I mean he helped us picture what the layout would be like, he explained everything in detail so it’s easier to understand, he even helped us put this big package inside the house when it isn’t even part of his job! My point is Ron is an incredible person and he’s great at what he does. Most of our time was with Ron but the little time that we did see chassy she was super nice and like Ron she helped explain stuff so that we’d understand better. Honestly overall I couldn’t ask for anyone better because I don’t think there is anyone better lol. They both were great to us seriously. Thank you !
