I'm Alex, and I love Real Estate.
Even before I was an agent, I was in "the trades": first as a home improvement fanatic, then as a home remodeler, and finally as a historic home renovator and AirBnB Super Host. Real Estate really has changed my life: I started my home ownership journey in East Hartford with an adorable little gingerbread-brick cape. I've improved and traded up home after home, until I brought my family to Fairfield Beach.
I understand the anxieties that come with changing homes - whether it's buying your first, or saying goodbye to your residence of decades. I've never been a salesperson. I am a coach and a guide who can help you navigate the home buying and selling process with patience and empathy.

Unusual for a real estate agent, I have a Bachelors of Science (in Mechanical Engineering) and an MBA. Whether you are trying to understand the possibilities for remodeling a home as you walk through it, or you are trying to analyze a property for investment, I can provide you with unique insights that uncover opportunities you might not have seen.
That process of trading up, and my years as an agent, has helped me put together a list of attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and tradesmen who I believe represent the best this state has to offer. Alex is a Fantastic realtor !
Alex, is a smart, professional, and highly qualified realtor in Fairfield. He is pleasure to work with. He is readily available if anything important comes up. He assisted with selling my house, buying a condo and working with my son on findings property in the Fairfield area. Wonderful agent!
We had a great experience working with Alex. He was very accommodating and helped us find our dream home in a tough market. He did a great job advocating for us to get the best possible deal. He also helped us get several appts at the home prior to the closing which allowed us to line up contractors. I will definitely work with Alex again in the future. Thank you Alex!

Fantastic first home buying experience thanks to Alex
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for our experience purchasing our first home. Alex was patient, knowledgeable and helpful, and stuck with us when we managed to fall in love with what we came to discover was a…complicated situation, to say the least. He helped us navigate the tricky parts, connected us to multiple folks to consider for our mortgage, was able to suggest a lawyer (who was fantastic), help with understanding the pricing options/offer strategy, and kept in regular touch with updates, questions and tips. He was ready and willing to share tips from his personal experience with upgrading homes - what to look out for, simple solutions, longer-term ideas to consider, etc. While we don’t plan on moving anytime soon, Alex will be the first call when that time comes. It’s worth noting we looked at home with two other realtors before we met Alex, and knew right away he was the guy we wanted to work with. Couldn’t have made it through the chaos of home buying without him!
