Alex, is a smart, professional, and highly qualified realtor in Fairfield. He is pleasure to work with. He is readily available if anything important comes up. He assisted with selling my house, buying a condo and working with my son on findings property in the Fairfield area. I was very fortunate to have met Alex at an open house and I have been working with him ever since.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for our experience purchasing our first home. Alex was patient, knowledgeable and helpful, and stuck with us when we managed to fall in love with what we came to discover was a…complicated situation, to say the least. He helped us navigate the tricky parts, connected us to multiple folks to consider for our mortgage, was able to suggest a lawyer (who was fantastic), help with understanding the pricing options/offer strategy, and kept in regular touch with updates, questions and tips. He was ready and willing to share tips from his personal experience with upgrading homes - what to look out for, simple solutions, longer-term ideas to consider, etc. While we don’t plan on moving anytime soon, Alex will be the first call when that time comes. It’s worth noting we looked at home with two other realtors before we met Alex, and knew right away he was the guy we wanted to work with. Couldn’t have made it through the chaos of home buying without him!

Alex worked out very well for my wife and me on our move into Fairfield from out of state. The property we ended up buying is part of a hundred home complex, and in 2024 it was the only property on that complex to change hands. Alex developed the relationship with the seller's broker we needed to land the purchase in a seller's market, at a good price, and with a high degree of certainty we wouldn't be outbid. What's more, he helped us see the true potential in the property. Plus, before all this, Alex shared with us his expertise to help us see (in a very literal sense) that Fairfield was the town for us. Last, but not least, he did all this with tremendous good cheer.
