I have known Roy for over 25 years and when we decided to move back to South Dakota, we knew we wanted him as our realtor. He is very deliberate and understands what the buyer wants in a home. I have known Henry for about 30 years and when I saw he went into realty and we decided we wanted to sell our home, we knew we wanted to work with him. He met with us 8 months before we intended to list, went through our home with us, and gave us pointers and his knowledge to help us sell so we could be more prepared when the time came. In March, that time came, and we could not be more pleased with the results. He had the pictures taken and our home listed within 24 hours. He knew the area, the market, and the “competition” so to speak, and we priced accordingly. We saw our home listed on all social media platforms and we had showings immediately. Within a week, we had a great offer and we began the end processes. Henry helped us arrange vendors to make requested repairs and handled any and all issues that came up without question. We can’t tell you how many times we messaged with questions or simply to get reassurance through everything; he even responded while on vacation with his family. This was an emotional and sometimes stressful time for us, and Henry was always a voice of reason and support - and we knew we could always count on him. I cannot recommend Henry enough. Moving is difficult. Moving across the country is nerve wracking. Emily spent time easing the anxiety through her positivity and patience. She listened to us, investigated options, and spent time making video tours of properties. She often reminded us that we'd find the "right" place and when that happened, she was ready with more information, more support and more expertise. We made a trip to see the house and she spent an entire morning with us, truly welcoming us home. Trusting Emily was one of the best decisions we've made this year!
