Emily is amazing, she knows the Rapid City and surrounding area very well. Gave us excellent recommendations on where to look for houses. She gave us recommendations for local lenders and a local house inspector and they were both great to work with. I would definitely recommend Emily. Henry not only sold our house, he helped us find a new home. He helped get our house ready to sell, and he helped get us ready to buy. He helped us get out of debt and helped us make some great money on our house, while still managing to give our buyers a great deal. I did not know Henry before this fun adventure, but I now consider him a great friend, and we will be what the kids call one of those BFF's.

Henry (Roy) was the third realtor to try to sell my condo. We had a contract within 12 hours! He worked with the other agent to get everything completed for the closing so glad I chose him to be my agent. I could not ask for a better realtor he was very good with communications. His photos with floor plans helped sell my condo.

We listed our home at what ended up being a really tough market dip. Along with that, we had issue after issue including a heater going out, a leak in our yard, and an unexpected escrow advance knocking our hopes of profits out of our minds. Luckily, Henry was our guide through this turbulent time and we can’t imagine a better realtor to get us through what could have been a horrible experience. He is absolutely an asset to the realty market and we simply would not use anyone else as long as he is in the game!
