Janet stayed on top of everything
To say that Janet went above and beyond for us would be a vast understatement. In purchasing our condo, closing was delayed twice. The last time it was cancelled 20 minutes before closing while we were doing our final walkthrough and all our belongings were on the moving truck in the parking lot - at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon - with a dog and a cat! The problem was a discrepancy between the HOA, the HOA insurance agents, FEMA maps, and mortgage underwriters regarding flood zones. Janet arranged a last-minute occupancy lease so we had somewhere to live, and continued to work diligently on our behalf. She told us she had never failed to close a sale, and she persisted until we were able to close a week later! Janet stayed on top of everything and in constant communications between all parties. She learned more than she ever wanted to know about flood zones, and she advocated for us on all fronts. I cannot say enough good things about Janet Toth and would highly recommend her as an agent. Hopefully no one will ever have as eventful buying experience as we had, but if you do, you definitely want Janet on your side. As for the sale of our house, Janet told us to hold on because it was going to get crazy. And it did! We had multiple offers and sold in less than one day at $77,000 over the asking price! If you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Janet Toth. She is friendly, professional, and does what it takes to get you the best price and terms for your current home, and to get you into your new home! Lisa Buck
