Maria did a fantastic job as a Seller’s Agent. Initially, I had reservations about the role and contemplated pursuing a for-sale-by-owner approach. She gave us good advice about what improvements were important. The most important thing was replacing the roof. I was inclined to cancel the roofing contract until Maria informed me of tightness of the insurance market, and that other recent sales had failed over insurance availability. Before we moved out, she stayed connected without rushing us. She oversaw the repairs without any issues, and the listing was quickly on the market.
