To say that Janet went above and beyond for us would be a vast understatement. In purchasing our condo, closing was delayed twice. The last time it was cancelled 20 minutes before closing while we were doing our final walkthrough and all our belongings were on the moving truck in the parking lot - at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon - with a dog and a cat! The problem was a discrepancy between the HOA, the HOA insurance agents, FEMA maps, and mortgage underwriters regarding flood zones. Janet arranged a last-minute occupancy lease so we had somewhere to live, and continued to work diligently on our behalf.
