This was an Estate Sale and from the start of the process to the actual sale of the house Pat was absolutely incredible. He made recommendations on how to increase the sale price and facilitated the repairs necessary to prepare the house. Once on the market, he kept me updated on the number of interested parties, feedback from other agents, and even the neighbors (I was out of state). After being on the market for almost two months, with stiff competition, Pat negotiated a great deal and got what we wanted. I am extremally pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. This is the second property that Patrick helped me purchase, but more than that he helped make my dreams become reality. 13 years ago Patrick helped me buy the home I started my family in. We had so many financial problems and it was such a tight real estate market, I didn’t think I had much of a chance… but as soon as I found the right house, Patrick was a blessing. He spent as much time as I needed to make my offer as appealing as it could possibly be… and it worked, I got the house for exactly what I wanted to pay. He has an incredible sense for the strategies of making offers, counter offers, timing, and details. This year I desperately wanted to buy some undeveloped land North of the Bay Area, and I’m so glad I had Patrick on my side. Once again there was not much real estate on the market that both met my needs and that I could afford. When I thought I found the perfect property Patrick drove all the way out there with me, hiked through the woods with me, drew my attention to details I would have otherwise overlooked, suggested I make measurements I would have neglected, and he even made a stop at the county permits office with me to get further details in person, which turned out to work much better than over email. In the end I closed on this property for exactly what I wanted to pay. I don’t know what else to say other than Patrick is in some way magical.

Jeremey goes over and beyond. Seriously! He even showed me a house on a rainy Thanksgiving Day weekend....and that was the dream home and my now happy home where I live with my fiance and two adorable pups! I can't say enough about how wonderful Jeremy is to work with. He becomes a friend, and "just a real estate agent." I have a lot of respect for real estate agents as they are financial counselors, project managers, emotional support, and of course your knowledge source for real estate. I'm a pretty picky guy. Choosing a real estate agent is a very important decision. Jeremy has helped me over the years trying to find the "right" property. During that time, I've learned that not all agents are the same. I tend to steer clear of the "in-your-face" salesperson types. Jeremy proved himself to be not only highly skilled at being an agent, but someone who made me feel at ease during a complicated and often stressful transaction. We met Jeremy at an open house in Oakland in 2007 and he showed us dozens of houses until we realized we were not ready to commit to buy. We always kept him in mind and he was our first choice when we were finally ready to buy our first house 8 years later. After several unsuccessful bids, we found the right house for our needs in Richmond in late 2016. Jeremy always told us not to settle and to get what we want, which we did! For first-time homebuyers, he always explained the process very simply and patiently and we never felt out of the loop. Flash forward to 5 years later, we decided to sell our house and move out of state. We moved ourselves and our belongings and left him to take care of the final touches before listing. It turned out that we needed more repairs than expected and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of with minimal delays. He always has great ideas on how to do minor upgrades/enhancements at low cost to make homes more appealing to buyers. We never once felt like we were missing out by not being at the house prior to sale. Jeremy has the patience and easy-going demeanor that helps to minimize stress during the process, whether you are a buyer or seller.
