In 2013, we moved from Boston to Berkeley and we needed to find a house for our growing family. We were extremely fortunate to find Faye Keogh at The Grubb Company who became our realtor! It seems like such a cliche, but she actually listened to us and only took us to houses that had true potential for our family. She is a true and seasoned professional, organized, kind, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and always very generous with her time, energy, and spirit. We really appreciated this! Plus, she knows the Berkeley area like the back of her hand! It was pure pleasure to work with her because buying and selling your most precious possession should be easy, drama- free, and dare I even say it…enjoyable and fun too.
