We met Jeremy at an open house in Oakland in 2007 and he showed us dozens of houses until we realized we were not ready to commit to buy. Jeremy was great about breaking down the process of house hunting, making an offer, and closing on our new home. As first time homebuyers, we had a ton of questions. He explained a lot of our technical questions. I could tell he was always looking out for us and doing research about the homes and neighborhood we were interested in. He was available at any time of day and week. Whether it was a text, phone call, or email, he made us feel comfortable with communicating our concerns. We've known Jeremy since 2008 when he helped us purchase our first single family home. Jeremy was and still is very patient when it comes to searching for homes. He will take you to 1,000 homes before you find the perfect one. He wants you to find the right house for you no matter how long it takes. What's even better is he will try his very best to get you the best deal, and that's exactly what happened for us in 2008. Jeremy's knowledge shone through when his guesses regarding number of bids and final prices for all the houses we bid on were spot on! After getting outbid on a couple of houses, Jeremy gave sound advice when he recommended we think outside the box and change our strategy. When we did, his eye for value proved itself when he found us the a very versatile investment, a house we could use either for income property or to move in one day. Jeremy will never pressure you to make a bid you are not comfortable with. He works with every budget! When we were ready to bid, Jeremy gave us very sound advice, and it worked. Throughout the escrow process, Jeremy was there with us every step of the way, from speaking with lenders for us and asking questions we may not have thought of ourselves, to advocating for us when the title company made a little snafu. Jeremy even works as a property manager and is awesome at that, too! He has a great network of people and can recommend anyone you need. He even meets with the person with you and helps point out what improvements need to be made. He knows a lot about home improvement. Jeremy knows just how to maximize your investment and will definitely exceed your expectations. If you want a great experience house hunting or managing your property, Jeremy is your guy. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and fun. Last but not least, he is big on loyalty, so once you find him, you have a realtor/friend for life.

What a successful venture! That is likely easy to say at the end of what is typically a stressful and intense process. Jeremy's demeanor and wonderful personality kept things balanced, amusing, and steady. He helped me find and secure my dream home. He was and continues to be, post-closing, and my occupying the home, an ideal team player consistntly helping me navigate the intricacies in the crazy Bay Area real estate market and first time home ownership. I lead a very busy life, and Jeremey was/is fantastic about taking the lead, being assertive and proactive in being accommodating and available in my crazed schedule to talk and see properties as well as providing great solutions and insight into properties value, flexibility and how it could...or would not work for me.
