This is the second property that Patrick helped me purchase, but more than that he helped make my dreams become reality. 13 years ago Patrick helped me buy the home I started my family in. We had so many financial problems and it was such a tight real estate market, I didn’t think I had much of a chance… but as soon as I found the right house, Patrick was a blessing. He spent as much time as I needed to make my offer as appealing as it could possibly be… and it worked, I got the house for exactly what I wanted to pay. He has an incredible sense for the strategies of making offers, counter offers, timing, and details. When I thought I found the perfect property Patrick drove all the way out there with me, hiked through the woods with me, drew my attention to details I would have otherwise overlooked, suggested I make measurements I would have neglected, and he even made a stop at the county permits office with me to get further details in person, which turned out to work much better than over email. In the end I closed on this property for exactly what I wanted to pay. I don’t know what else to say other than Patrick is in some way magical.
