We met Tammy through a friend and the experience from the start was great we weren’t in the right spot to buy just yet but Tammy Gave us great information on how to get our credit to where we needed to be in within around 4 to5 months we we’re ready to start our buying process she showed us what ever houses we liked and literally in two days we were putting an offer on a home we loved and with all the knowledge she had it made us feel like family knowing she was doing everything to help get this home the response time between day to day things we had to do was great and she was on top of the other company’s involved in the process for paper work and I was a little crazy through out making sure I had everything done on time but she kept me reassured that it would all pull through and here we are a few weeks later in. A home we love and also she was able to get us in for no money down we actually got our money back for the down payment so you can definitely do it if the deal is right and no questions are never unanswered with Tammy P she is the best realtor around

Cindy is an AMAZING realtor. We had one of those "interesting" house hunting challenges. We were living in another state (over 1,300 miles away) and Cindy did an outstanding job making it feel like we were right in Winter Haven Florida. Cindy held our hand through the entire process, negotiated an excellent price for us and was there for the inspections and appraisals. We literally bought the house sight unseen and put all of our trust in Cindy's hands and boy did she deliver. Cindy is very familiar with the neighborhoods and was able to narrow our search knowing our wish list and needs. She kept us updated and informed during each step of the buying process. Cindy provided use with a tour of the area and tips and other resources we would need once we purchased our home. She followed up with the closing company and the lender to make sure that everyone was on the same page and closing would go smoothly. We were out of state buyers and she made it a much easier process. She's gone above and beyond to find us a great new home!

Tammy is a great realtor She was strategic in working for me. Tammy is honest, reliable, a hard worker, and caring. She had a great deal of patience working with me. She provided me with excellent service. I was very complexed at selling and purchasing a new home. She initially helped me sell my 1st home. She was so personable and helpful, I remained with her order to find my next home. I looked day and night trying to find my own home. I could have save myself a lot of stress if I had just allowed Tammy to do the work. Her responsiveness was amazing. If she wasn’t available, she called or texted to say she would call when she became available. Her negotiation skills are incredible.
